    Luxury apartments, townhouses, carriage homes coming to Huber Heights

    A new housing development is planned for Huber Heights that will bring 300 luxury apartment units, townhouses and carriage homes.

    Metropolitan Holdings of Columbus will invest nearly $30 million to build 310 units in 48 buildings on Brandt Pike near Shull Road. The multi-family development will add a mix of carriage homes with living space over garages, townhouses and apartments on 16.5 acres, said Huber Heights city manager Rob Schommer.

    It will also give the city an additional $4 million in revenue through taxes, Schommer said.
