KETTERING — Kettering expects to land 150 or more new jobs with an online retail company planning to go in the Kettering Business Park.
It would be more good news for the city and business park: Tenneco already announced plans for 300 new jobs in Kettering, and Kettering Health Network is set to open a $10 million command center in the park.
The city has been working with Jim McCarthy of the Cincinnati-based TW Development Group in the deal to bring the yet unnamed e-retailer to its building in the Kettering Business Park. The business is also planning to buy other properties in the park as part of the deal.
