PrimeOhio II: Following a Recipe for Success

We are naturally drawn to sequels. When we stumble upon success once - either through luck or skill - it is only logical to repeat that process.
We typically associate sequels with movies; however, the concept of “repeating the recipe for success” can also apply to industrial development. In the industrial realm, the right recipe results in optimal infrastructure, affordable utilities, easily accessible transportation, and flourishing employment opportunities.
Here in Springfield, Ohio, our PrimeOhio II Industrial Park is following in the footsteps of PrimeOhio - its highly successful predecessor. PrimeOhio II is expected to attract an abundance of manufacturing and logistics firms with its large, available lots and easy access to major highways. We will have to wait and see if PrimeOhio II repeats the performance of PrimeOhio’s firms who created more than 2300 new jobs for the community.
