Partnerships to Develop a Well-Prepared Workforce

July 31, 2017

A strong community is built upon a foundation of highly skilled and dedicated workers.

However, a well-prepared workforce doesn’t magically appear. Instead it is born from an abundance of educational and experiential resources. By forging strong relationships with local universities, technology training centers, development coalitions, and career preparation programs, a community can equip its workforce with the resources they need to succeed.

Here in Springfield, Ohio, we take great pride in the partnerships we hold with institutions and organizations including Ohio Means Jobs, Clark State Community College, the Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center, Global Impact STEM Academy, CareerConnect ED, and many more. Through these partnerships we are able to support a thriving economy built of a talented workforce.
