Wage & BenefitsClark County businesses expressed a need for local comparison data as a way to benchmark their own wages and benefit packages in order to attract and retain qualified workers.  Through a partnership with Wittenberg University and OhioMeansJobs Clark County, the Chamber has been able to respond to this need with a local Wage & Benefit Survey over the past several years.  For many businesses, this document serves as a pivotal piece in helping to determine if they are competitive enough in this region. The average worker in Clark County, Ohio earned annual wages of $38,338 as of 2017Q2, Average annual wage per worker increased 3.5% in the region during the preceding four quarters.
